ABOUT OUR COMPANY

The founder of Showerbizz, Tersia Bester, began her career with the international shower door company SHOWERLUX S.A. (Pty) Ltd in 1989 as a sales consultant. Over the following 14 years, she worked her way up to the position of General Manager of Showerlux South Africa.

In 1991, Tersia was invited by Duscholux to visit their factories in Luxembourg and Germany, as well as their head office in Switzerland, where she attended intensive training courses on the design and safety of shower enclosures. Regular annual visits led to her recognition as one of the foremost shower door experts in the country.

In 2002, when Duscholux Switzerland decided to close its South African operation, Tersia was approached by ShowerLine Cape Town to assist in the opening, staffing, and training of their Gauteng branch. Within six months, she had handed ShowerLine Management a fully operational branch.

With more than 14 years of shower door experience behind her, she then joined forces with the Bathroom Bizarre group in late 2002 and started a custom made and installation department to service all Gauteng Bathroom Bizarre branches.

In July 2004, Tersia registered Showerbizz (Pty) Ltd, an autonomous shower door manufacturer, supplier, and installation company. Through personal service, dedication, and the backing of Bathroom Bizarre, Showerbizz has grown from strength to strength to become one of the most stable, versatile, and respected shower door companies in South Africa today.
 

SETH BHUDA

Our Installations Manager, Seth Bhuda, has been with Showerbizz for over 17 years. He oversees all installations, services, and is responsible for all technical specs and drawings. Seth ensures that all our work complies with municipal safety regulations.
